Sustainability lies at the core of ZenCube

Having all of the construction in our factory also reduces carbon emissions from a standard workforce commuting to a site, and on the production facility we can reduce waste by streamlining both cutting and fixing processes.

Wherever possible we source products made from recyclable materials. We also only purchase material from other US companies so we can support the US economy, and reduce carbon miles.

If in the future a customer would like to replace their building with something different – the whole unit can be repurposed again. It is real life Lego © - take it apart and start again. This process can be repeated multiple times saving even more waste and carbon emissions.

As well as having a low carbon production footprint – by utilizing recycled shipping containers and other recycled materials - all completed modular buildings have some of highest energy ratings in the country so will only take a fraction to heat, power and maintain. .
